These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of spacecityos.com and the SpaceCity OS platform (the “Service”), provided by SpaceCity OS, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your company’s account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act on behalf of your company.

2. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed according to the quote or order form you accept. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in that order form or required by law. We may suspend access for unpaid balances after notice.

3. Your data

You own the data you enter into the Service. You give us permission to host and process it only as needed to provide and support the Service. See our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful or to upload content you do not have the right to share.
• Do not try to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not resell the Service without our written permission.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” We may update features over time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, SpaceCity OS, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.

7. Termination

You may cancel as described in your order form. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue is in Harris County, Texas.
